Vintage Rolex Cellini manual-wind dress watch in 18K yellow gold featuring a tonneau-shaped case with a champagne dial, applied gold indices, Cellini script signature, and an integral textured mesh bracelet with a 14K gold clasp.
The watch measures 26mm x 31mm with a 5.4mm thickness and wears 7.25 inches on the wrist, recently serviced (May 20th 2026) and polished May 2026. Dent mark on the bottom left side of the bracelet near the face.
