When after a day or so the stone I selected and paid for was sold at their second location, she sold me a better stone at the same price. Then they modified a simple cathedral platinum setting for my stone, and engraved the band. I think the entire process, from initial contact to delivery, was less than 2 weeks. My ring arrived in a unique ring box - it has a tiny light inside! Squeeee!
